Cameron Indoor Stadium. Non-senior band students should arrive at
3:15
(seniors arrive at
2:45).
Students needing to pick-up a school issued instrument must do so by
2:15.
Mr. Weiss will leave shortly after
2:15
and the band room will be locked. Please make arrangements to get your
instrument on time.
2010 – 2011
The
student information packet
was distributed at the potluck on Friday. It will be posted to the
website. In the meantime, if you have questions, please contact Kathy Hall,

information on receiving a copy.
Annual Dues:
If you plan to pay your annual dues by installment ($450.00
next year), please note that the first payment in the amount of $150.00 will
be due on June 10. Other dates are July 10 and August 26 ($150 each date).

band camp:
Dates for the two-week 2010 band camp are July 26 – 30 and August 2 – 6.
Camp runs
8:00– 6:00
daily. (Volunteers will
be needed for each day of camp.) After the conclusion of camp, rehearsals
will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
4:00– 8 :00
until school begins.
NIGHT BEAT:
Hold your calendars for Sunday, Aug. 1. Plans are being made for a trip to
Rock Hill, SC
for a NightBEAT MMX performance. Camp will continue as scheduled the next
morning at
8:00.
