Band camp reminders
Band camp
will be held July 26 - 30 and August 2 - 6 from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Please
remember to bring sunscreen and water.
Band dues
are due by the first day of camp.
After band
camp, rehearsals will be held from 4 - 8 PM every Tuesday and Thursday until
school starts. After school starts, rehearsals will be held from 4 - 7 PM
every Tuesday and Thursday.
We are in
need of a portable pop up gazebo to provide shade - if you have one you're
willing to donate, please contact kathy-hall@nc.rr.com
Volunteers Needed
We will need
lots of volunteers to help with band camp. If you can help (even for half a
day), please contact Lisa Goss at: lgfloss4u@msn.com
We have an
exciting show coming up for this year and we will need lots of folks to help
with the pit crew. If you can help, please contact Roger Fortman at:

Each family
is responsible for providing water or a snack for one football game. The
schedule will be published to the web site before the beginning of school.
DCI Trip
Earlier this
week, Kathy Hall sent out an e-mail about the DCI trip August 1. Mr. Weiss
needs to know who will be attending as soon as possible. Please contact him
